Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for both our time and other guests trying to book, We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made with adequate notice. 48+ HOURS NOTICE No fee. Life happens. 

A fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service may be charged LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE / SAME-DAY CANCELLATION A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be required before booking future appointments.

NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Clients who miss an appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to protect the experience of the next guest.

EMERGENCIES & ILLNESS Please do not come to your appointment sick. Genuine emergencies will always be handled with compassion and discretion. Thank you for respecting the time, energy, and artistry that goes into every appointment at Rune Hair Co.
